We looked at the AI automation market and saw the same problem at almost every agency: they promise the system runs itself, then ask you for a call to convince you of it.
That struck us as odd. If an automation needs a salesperson on the phone swearing it runs itself, it doesn't run itself yet.
So we do it differently. No mandatory call before you see the product. No promise dressed up as a statistic. We built Scout and Reception to show themselves working first, before asking for any decision.
This isn't a decorative principle. It shapes what we build and how we sell it: if the system can't explain itself, it isn't ready to leave our desk.
